Before You Buy
Refund check

Check 3: Can you read the refund terms before you pay?

The single most useful thing to establish before a high-ticket purchase, and the one people most often skip.

What to look for

  1. Is there a refund window, and how many days?
  2. Is it conditional on completing work? That is legitimate and enforceable, and you should know before rather than after.
  3. How does a payment plan interact with it?
  4. Who do you contact, and where is that written down?

Running it on Commission Cycle

Refund terms are not on the pre-launch pages. That is normal rather than a warning sign — on launches of this shape the terms live on the checkout page, and the checkout does not open until the cart does.

It does mean anyone publishing specific Commission Cycle refund terms right now is quoting a different product or making it up.

What to do, and it takes a minute. Read the terms on the checkout page before paying, and screenshot them at the moment you buy. Launch pages change; the version you agreed to is the one that was on your screen.

Result

Not yet published, and that is expected. Read them on the checkout page when the cart opens, screenshot them, and you have removed an entire category of dispute for the cost of ten seconds.
